Mr
I purchased the Swedish Cutting board for my mother in law who recently suffered a stroke. As a result she has paralysis on her left side. This cutting board has allowed her to cut things with one had. The vice attachment hold jars steady so that she can open them up with her good hand. You can also place a grater in the vice so you can shred/grate carrots onions etc. it is so refreshing to receive a product that does and performs exactly as it states in the description.

Ms
After a surgery I lost the use of my right hand, this product has enabled me to open jars and pop top cans and the pins allow me to cut vegetables and meats. After a year of struggling and the need for outside help in daily kitchen functions I am able to be self sufficient again. This product is excellent

Well thought out
I bought this for my daughter-in-law who suffered a serious TBI about a year ago. I am very happy with it, and she uses it frequently. It would be nice to be able to get these in different size configurations, that is my only real criticism of it, it is just a little too small for an actual cutting board.
