This book, purchased, June 2018, and promoted by Mayo Clinic, is no better than reading an article in Readers Digest,if it still existed. All common knowledge, nothing new about treating, controlling, or limiting arthritis. Perhaps there are no new innovations on the subject, but I bought the book because Mayo promoted it like something really a must have for current knowledge on Arthritis. It’s not,and Mayo is not representing itself in a good light with this publication. My opinion.
